Stine Bosse joins the Board of Directors of Icopal a/s

We are pleased to inform you that Stine (Christine) Bosse will be joining the board of directors of Icopal a/s as of June 1st, 2011.

Stine has been the CEO of Tryg until early 2011. Tryg is the largest insurance group in Denmark as well as one of the leading insurance companies in the Nordic. Stine has worked for more than 20 years in different positions at Tryg before becoming CEO in 2003. She was instrumental in the group making an IPO in 2005. Stine has also some valuable experience as board member of Nordea, Flügger and in the past also Grundfos and TDC among others.

Stine Bosse was born in 1960 and is mother of two daughters as well as grandmother. She received her Masters of Law from the University of Copenhagen and has attended several management training programmes including courses at INSEAD, Wharton and Harvard.
