Icopal acquires metal contracting company in Finland

Icopal Oy has acquired the steel contracting company RM-Katot Oy, which will now become an integrated part of Icopal's contracting business within steel roofs and facade claddings.

The acquisition supports Icopal's strategy to be leading specialists in steel façade and roof sub-contracting on the Finnish building market.

RM Katot Oy is specialised in steel contracting in South Finland and generates a yearly turnover of about € 2 mil with 14 employees. Managing Director Mr Raimo Räsänen will continue in his position at RM-Katot Oy and will report to the Manager of Icopal Katto Oy's steel contracting, Petri Moberg.
