Icopal Norway confirms market position with new acquisition

Icopal Norway continues to develop their concept of complete services for roofing and facades on buildings and constructions.

An agreement has been made for Icopal Norway to take over the steel and metal contracting company Noer Bygg as. Noer Bygg is an important player in the contracting market in the area north of Oslo.

Noer Bygg will be a subdivision of Icopal Metall region east. The two owners of Noer Bygg Jan Haavard Bye and Kjell Nikolaisen will form the management of Icopal Metall region East from September 1st.

With this latest acquisition a total of 9 companies within metal contracting have been added to Icopal Norway confirming Icopal Norway’s position as the largest player in the Norwegian market for roof contracting, metal facades and accompanying solutions for plumbing.

Icopal Norway has a total turnover within roofing and metal contracting in Norway of 75 million € and an additional turnover of 50 million € from product sale.
