Pour and Roll system with AndersonVapour Bar, PUR insulation and TecnatorchMineral cap sheet.The existing roof hadreached the end of its life, causing seriouswater ingress. The existing covering wasremoved and replaced with a new warmroof build up. 

Second place –Best refurbishmentproject over 1000m2

Total Torch vapour control layer,Thermazone PIR Plus, and TecnatorchMineral cap sheet. This logistically complexproject required progressive removal andrenewal of the roof covering. The endresult is a visually striking finish. The school building remained fully functional throughout the refurbishment.
